There are a few great sites already out there for grooming longhaired cavies, but I thought I'd have my own, too, since I have found things that work for me as well as the other suggested methods.

Grooming a longhaired cavy

My 'demo' pig throughout this will be my Cleopatra, who is a Coronet. The method shown is used for longhaired cavies that are going to - or already are - used for showing and are in show coat. Though you can groom your longhaired pet pig the same way it involves a lot of time and work. I have divided the grooming into several pages to make the steps easier and the pages faster to load.
