Prince Charmont was my Christmas present one year from a friend. He is my 'baby', and he's got a lot of spunk. He did very well with his showing - of course there wasn't always a lot of competition, but he got noticed. Now that he's been retired from showing and put into the breeding pen, he's also going through training to be a therapy cavy. He has a little vest and everything and will be visiting nursing homes.
Lol, look at him lovin that attention! He brightens faces, and of course loves all the extra petting. People think he's a skunk or cat at first, and they love his long hair.
'Bubby' was also the model for a drawing I submitted to the ACBA. They have made the drawing into a shirt, and the shirt should be available soon.
Bubby's Coronet daughters are taking after him with coat and great size. Look out for these gals during the 2006 fall and 2007 spring showing season!
